The Butterfly Project
When you feel like you want to cut, draw a butterfly in pen or marker on your wrist or wherever you want to cut.
Name the butterfly after a loved who cares about you and who you care about.
If you cut, you “kill” the butterfly, so to keep it alive and save it, you can’t hurt yourself.
Let the butterfly fade away naturally, you can’t wash it off.
Once it fades away, if you feel like you want to cut again, draw another butterfly.
